Yes — if you use the right platforms and set them up correctly. We exclusively work with enterprise-tier systems (like Claude Enterprise) that have zero data retention after the session, SOC 2 Type II foundations, and no training on your inputs. We also build a written usage policy for your team so it's not just infrastructure — it's practice.

Yes. RPC 1.6 requires 'reasonable measures' to protect confidential information — it does not prohibit AI. We build your implementation specifically to meet that standard: enterprise controls, project isolation, data minimization protocols, and a written, signed usage policy. We can walk through the Bar's formal guidance on your discovery call.

Not with the platforms we use. Enterprise-tier agreements explicitly prohibit training on customer inputs. We verify this before recommending any tool and document it in your implementation record.

That's fine. We do focused engagements — a single automation, a one-day workshop, or a stack audit. Not every engagement needs to be a full implementation. Tell us what you need and we'll scope accordingly.

Yes. Monthly retainers include strategy calls, stack monitoring, and updates as the AI landscape evolves. We also offer quarterly-only engagements for teams that are mostly self-sufficient but want a check-in.

We build your training materials to last. All sessions are recorded, and we create an onboarding pack that a new hire can work through independently. No need to re-hire us every time someone joins.
